Collaborates with the Creative Director, Art Directors, + Client to accurately interpret the creative vision for all shoots.

Creation of directional photo boards + presentation deck for Final Creative Strategy under the guidance of Creative Director

Partners with Creative Director + Client to ensure shot list fulfills all marketing needs for both print + web + is aligned with the Brand + communicates a consistent message

Develops relationships with key photographers, stylists + agencies who can get the business to -next- in terms of talent, locations, concepts, etc., + manage these relationships

Partners with creative team to create photo strategies that support initiatives + business goals + is responsible for making final photo decisions/suggestions

Pushes the reach, aspiration + look of the shoot to support Brand message

Partners with Creative Director + Client on photo production + talent allocation for assigned photo shoots

Steps in for Creative Director to cover meetings + be photo decision maker when s/he is unavailable

Makes final photo selection decisions/suggestions for all assigned projects as needed

Partners with Creative Director + Client to manage + be accountable for each shoot to allocated budget

Attend pre shot meetings + support Creative Director + team

Acts as a liaison + resource between the Client, freelance crews + talent  

Request receipt, return, + tracking of merchandise associated with samples.

Verifies, manages, processes + documents all expenditures associated with each shoot, adjusting budgets as necessary to accommodate required creative vision.

Maintains a high level of knowledge for Brand-message fulfillments. Identifies + resolves discrepancies / availability issues + communicate changes to support photography execution.

Works proactively to reduce scheduling conflicts. Collaborates + communicates with all parties involved to ensure timelines are met.

Responsible for the photography schedule + meeting image delivery deadlines for each project

Drives + owns projects + keeps partners + leaders consistently informed at all times

Leads photo shoot crew through roadblocks + unexpected challenges on shoots
